I rarely write reviews for anyone/any products but I am very happy to write something about Emily Kim. My wife and I came to know about her when my wife's friend highly recommended her. Since then, we have worked with her for little more than a year and our experience has been nothing but exceptional. She helped us with selling a condo in Edgewater and buying a house in Cresskill. While nothing was easy with the pandemic and a 3 year old, she knew exactly what needed to be done that we did not have to think much but to follow her leads. Her expertise with location/entire process simply makes things easy as she is always on top of everything and prepared to provide you with options when it comes to obstacles. She also has a great interpersonal skills that she not only works well with you as her client but also her counterparts and this truly helps when trying to make a deal through series of negotiations. My husband and I were so lucky to have found Emily! She's the best real estate agent we could ever ask for selling our condo in Fort Lee, NJ. She's so attentive and detail oriented, would go out of her way to make sure our condo was in the best shape/form to be highly marketable, and is always easily reachable and communicating the entire way. It was really great to work with Emily. She is the best realtor that I have ever experienced. My family was planning to move from an apartment to a single house. We were not familiar living in a single house, so it was not easy to make a decision. We had many questions, and had to see various options. We discussed a lot with her, asked many questions. This was our second time working with her. Finding a rental was a pleasant experience, so we worked with her again to buy a house.
